Mi Huerta Huitlacoche and Mushroom Pasta

You’ll need:
8oz fresh pasta
1 jar Mi Huerta Huitlacoche
8oz mixed mushrooms
2 shallots
3 garlic cloves
A Splash of white wine
1/2 cup of cream
Fresh thyme and Parmesan cheese to finish
To cook, Sauté mushrooms until golden, add minced shallots & garlic. Pour in Mi Huerta Huitlacoche and deglaze with wine. Add cream & thyme, then simmer 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and finish with parmesan cheese. Pure comfort food with a Mexican twist!
